Research shows—and common sense tells us—that EQ is more important than IQ when people are working together toward a common goal. Knowing oneself, one's feelings and motivations, and also understanding and relating well to co-workers and colleagues is the magic of high-performing teams.
In these approachable, playful, and informal workshops, we use the wisdom of Evolutionary Astrology to discover and showcase each participant’s gifts and motivators, in addition to their work and communication styles. Through interactive exercises, we’ll start to understand how the various styles interact with one another and then learn tools to bring out the best in each other.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and your colleagues, and you’ll learn how to unlock the unique skills and perspectives of your team members so you can work together in a richer, more meaningful way.
