What to expect from coaching

All coaching engagements are tailored specifically to you and your goals.

Here’s the roadmap for how we’ll work together.

  1. Vision Crafting

The first step in getting where you want to be is knowing where you want to go. We’ll work together to create a vision statement for your ideal life and work. 

  • Writing and visualization exercises to connect you with your inner knowing, soul desires, and intuition.

  • Craft a multi-page vision statement for your life and your career (we’re dreaming big here and will narrow it down later) to guide you as you move forward..

2. Finding Your Inner Wisdom

I’ll help you see and understand your strengths, blind spots, motivations, and behaviors that might be getting in your way. This is a foundational step in living a conscious, authentic life, and it’s absolutely essential for choosing the work and life you’ll love.

  • Working directly with your natal chart to reveal and dig into your individualized lesson life plan for this lifetime. It presents the questions and challenges your soul has come to answer along with the gifts and tools you have access to meet those challenges.

  • Journaling exercises, coaching conversations, and other practices guide you to tap into your inner knowing to guide your life.

  • I will curate resources for continued spiritual development through noted teachers and authors (books, podcasts, etc.) just for you.

3. Plan of Action

Once you have your vision, know where you want to be, it’s time to get going.
We’ll work together to create actionable steps for you, and you set weekly and monthly goals of action that move you toward your vision. I’m here for accountability and support.

  • I’ll help you keep a playful, generative energy as you explore and try on new life and career ideas.

  • As you learn more about yourself, we’ll work together to revise your vision.

    Inquiry

    This means that I’m going to ask a lot of questions. Open-ended, probing, and incisive questions. Questions designed to help you observe yourself on the playing field of life and work.

    Mirroring

    I will share with you the patterns I’m observing in what I’m hearing you say—as well as what I’m seeing in your body language as you’re saying it.  

    Again, it’s all about helping you observe yourself, not to pick you apart. This is done with love, gentleness, and a bit of humor.  

    Where I’m coming from

    Training: I’ve been trained in multiple modalities to better understand human behavior and intra- and interpersonal dynamics.

    Business: I have an MBA and a 20-year career in business, including working as a marketing executive for startups, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.

When you are ready to make a significant change for the better in your life, I partner with you to make big things happen using Evolutionary Astrology as the transformational tool.

Like anything good, finding your purpose takes time, commitment and focus. I’m here to guide you through the work, help you sift through the chaos and the chatter, and give you the confidence to step out into the world and stand tall in your new purpose.

Accountability is a key, but it’s hard to be accountable to yourself. As your coach and partner, I stay with you throughout the process. I’ll remind you what direction to look in as you explore, teach you to listen to your own inner wisdom, and then when you’re ready, partner with you to take action.

We’ll work together for 3 or 6 months to give you the time you need to make real, sustainable change. And just to be clear: this isn’t fluff, it’s the real deal with key milestones, deliverables, and goals, all tied to your soul’s purpose. There will be a standing 1-hour call each week and an updated astrology reading monthly to keep you aligned with what is coming up for you or your business.
